VibeOps ("we", "our", "us") is operated by VibeLabs. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use the VibeOps platform, including the CLI tool, iOS application, and related services.

Device & Pairing Information: When you pair your iOS device with a machine, we store device identifiers and pairing tokens locally on your device. Pairing credentials are transmitted over encrypted channels and are never shared with third parties.

Usage Analytics: We may collect anonymised usage data such as feature interaction counts, session duration, and error rates to improve the product. This data cannot be used to identify you personally.

Account Information: If you create an account, we store your display name, email address (if provided), and authentication credentials. We use industry-standard encryption for all stored credentials.

4. Data Storage & Security

All data is stored on secure infrastructure with encryption at rest and in transit. Pairing tokens and API keys are stored in your device Keychain. We do not store terminal session content on our servers.

5. Third-Party Services

VibeOps integrates with AI coding agents (Claude, Codex, Gemini, and others) via their respective APIs. Your interactions with these services are governed by their own privacy policies. We do not share your personal information with these services beyond what is necessary to fulfill your dispatched tasks.

6. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time. You can delete your account and all associated data from the app settings or by contacting us.

7. Children's Privacy

VibeOps is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any significant changes through the app or via email.
