1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using VibeOps, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

VibeOps is an AI coding agent orchestration platform that enables you to dispatch tasks to AI agents (Claude, Codex, Gemini, and others) from your phone or desktop, monitor terminal output in real time, and manage project-aware sessions across devices.

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
You must not use VibeOps for any unlawful or harmful purpose
You must not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the service
You must not interfere with or disrupt the service or its infrastructure
You are responsible for the content of tasks you dispatch to AI agents

4. Acceptable Use

VibeOps is designed for software development and productivity workflows. You agree not to use it to generate malicious code, conduct unauthorized security testing, or violate the terms of service of integrated AI providers.

5. Intellectual Property

The VibeOps platform, including its design, code, and branding, is the intellectual property of VibeLabs. The VibeOps CLI is released under the MIT License. All output generated by AI agents through the platform belongs to you.

6. Limitation of Liability

VibeOps is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. VibeLabs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. AI-generated output may contain errors and should be reviewed before use in production.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to VibeOps at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. You may terminate your account at any time through the app settings.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which VibeLabs operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
